ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
Enrollment:
A $75 non-refundable registration fee is collected per application made payable to Asbury UMC.
Three-year-old class: must be 3 by October 1st
Four-year-old class: must be 4 by October 1st
Five-year-old class: must have completed a 4-year-old class and must reach 5th birthday by December 31st
All children must be toilet trained, able to take directions and comfortably leave a parent to attend.
Asbury Preschool and Bright Beginnings students may register first; followed by Asbury UMC members and returning families. An Open House is held in January, if enough spaces are still available to offer.
Classes Available: Our school year runs 38-weeks from the end of August (when Parkland School District starts) to the end of May. All morning classes run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Afternoon classes run from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM.
Three-year-old classes:
- Tuesday/Thursday
- Monday/Tuesday/Thursday
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Four-year-old classes:
- Monday/Tuesday/Thursday (PM class based on enrollment)
- Monday through Thursday
Five-year-old class A.M. Class (PM class based on enrollment)
- Monday through Thursday
- Monday through Friday
Meet and Greet sessions for students and parents are held at the end of August. Meet and Greet and start date notices are sent to parents in August.
Tuition and other fees: The following tuition schedule will be in effect for the 2026-2027 school year:
Three-year-old class:
- 2 days @ $190/month ($1805.00/year) + fees
- 3 days @ 235/month ($2232.50/year) + fees
Four-year-old class:
- AM Class:
- 3 days @ $235/month ($2232.50/year) + fees
- 4 days @ $270/month ($2565.00/year) + fees
- PM Class:
- 3 days @ $225/month ($2137.50/year) + fees
Five-year-old class:
- 4 days @ $270/month ($2565.00/year) + fees
- 5 days @ $290/month ($2755.00/year) + fees
A $75 non-refundable enrollment fee must be made to ensure placement in the Asbury Preschool program. Payment can be made in cash, by check (payable to Asbury UMC) or online at asburylv.org/GiveNow. Choose PRESCHOOL & BB REGISTRATION as the designated fund to ensure proper credit!
